Constructed with meticulous attention to detail, the building boasts R48 walls, setting a new standard for energy efficiency and environmental consciousness. Embracing a variety of sustainable design elements, it serves as a pioneering example of eco-friendly architecture in the urban landscape.

43 CONCORDE DRIVE- BACKYARD REDESIGN

43 Concorde Backyard is an intricately planned remodeling project aimed at transforming an outdoor space into a warm and inviting environment. The central feature of this project is a meticulously crafted pergola strategically positioned in the heart of the backyard. Flanking the pergola are two elegantly designed cabanas, each contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.

The conceptualization and execution of the backyard have been tailored to align seamlessly with the unique requirements of the client. Our approach focuses on creating a harmonious integration between the residence and the outdoor area, culminating in a comfortable and welcoming ambiance.

VAULTED CEILING CORRIDOR

Step into a corridor where the ceilings reach up high, and the smooth Carrara marble flooring paves your path with timeless elegance. As you stroll, a sense of peace surrounds you, drawing your eyes to the welcoming patio ahead.

Here, gentle greenery and lush plants connect a tranquil water mirror, reflecting the beauty of the structure that surrounds it.

ALTON MILL COMMUNITY CENTER ADDITION

Inspired by the powerful symbol of the Tree of Life, a symbol representing the evolutionary divergence of all living creatures. The Community Centre serves as a nurturing hub for personal and collective growth. Growth is the primary driver in the design of the building, resulting in a structure that evolves from the roots of the Alton Mill from which it originates, adapting to the surrounding environment. The Ajetance Mill community center embodies a harmonious blend of modern functionality and historical reverence. Drawing inspiration from its rich heritage and the industrial legacy of the Alton Mill site, the community center is designed to be a welcoming haven for the Alton, Caledon area. Rooted in the belief that every individual has the potential to flourish and contribute to the community, this center cultivates a vibrant environment where
people of all ages come together to learn, create, and connect, fostering a rich tapestry of life experiences and cultural diversity that continually branches out, enriching the entire community.

In line with a commitment to sustainability, the Ajetance Mill community center showcases a regional ethos by utilizing mass timber structures sourced from the local area, complemented by repurposed steel elements. This not only reduces the ecological footprint but also celebrates the community’s heritage.
